there used to be pear tomatoes but she ate all 5 of them in the garden.

The girls love to throw all Elsie's blankets off her bed and jump with those dogs. They have so much fun...I think it is Elsie's way of being able to take her hair out and be wild!

Lake Powell Olympics!

The teams:

The Wild Bandits: Paul, Trevor, Jane, Danielle, Keith and Ben (or is it Matt)
The Fabulous Five: Tom, Katie, Jenna, Danny and Steven (we were so good that we only had 5 people rather than 6)

The Tigers: I can't remember right now, Adam, Chris, Megan, Steve, Shelly

The Bangin' Bongs (and gold medalists): Nate, Karen, John, Matt (or is it Ben), Abby, Tyler

Here are the champs doing their victory smoke???

The competition starts here:

The first leg of the race starts on the top of the houseboat. You must dump the bucket of water over your head (to get wet for the slide) while grabbing the ball.

Then you slide down the slide and make a basket.

Once you have successfully made the basket, the next team member sitting on the back of the houseboat puts on the double skis, grabs the rope, yells "hit it" to another team member driving the jetski and off they go around the island.

These next pictures are a little out of order. Another team member is waiting at the ATOM (see Nate below) once the skier tags the team member waiting at the ATOM, he climbs on the tube, spins 3 times while holding the surfboard then jumps in the water with the super soaker and swims to the shore.

The swimmer hands the super soaker to the next team member (which is me again because we were short a "man") who then fills up the super soaker for SUPER SOAKER SHOOTOUT. Once all 3 water bottles have been knocked down they assist the final team member in dressing in a wet t-shirt and scuba gear.

That person then goes through and obstacle course up the houseboat to ring the bell.

It was so much fun! By far the best Olympics I have ever participated in!
